Glo Cock Ring from Blush Novelties

INFO: This review was originally released on January 15, 2019

On the heels of my review for the Camo Cock Rings from Blush Novelties, comes another stretchable cock ring from their Performance line. Peepshow Toys added the Glo Cock Ring to their online store and sent one for me to try and review. Let’s check it out!

As the name would suggest, the Glo Cock Ring is a glow-in-the-dark ring, available in two colors: white or blue. Like the Camo Cock Rings, the Glo rings are made with 100% body-safe silicone, which gives them a nice amount of stretch for putting on and taking off, and gives the wearer a snug fit while it’s wrapped around the cock and balls. I was sent the blue one.

(MANUFACTURER PHOTO)

Even if you’re not really looking for a cock ring that glows in the dark, you may still be interested in these rings, because the colors are so nice, and not ones that are often found in cock rings. It seems like so many rings are manufactured in the same colors: black, gray, red, and maybe the occasional bright color, like purple. You don’t often see lighter or muted colors. While I personally love a bold black ring or a bright red one, it’s nice to see something that’s a little more subtle. In the Glo ring, you can choose either white or blue. The blue, in this case, is a soft light blue. It’s a nice choice for the guy who wants to wear a cock ring, but doesn’t want something that calls attention to itself. Of course, if you’re having sex in the dark, the green glow might just give it away!

(MANUFACTURER PHOTO)

Before we get to the glow function, let’s look at size. Like the camouflage counterparts, this Glo ring measures 1.75″ in width, with an inner diameter of 1.5″. It’s not a terribly large ring, so this would be a good choice for someone who likes a ring with a nice snug fit. The silicone has a decent stretch to it, so most guys should have no trouble pulling the ring open and easing it back to its unstretched state to seat it comfortably around the base of the cock and balls. It’s small enough where many guys can likely wear it as a shaft ring and/or around the top of the balls. With a thickness of only 0.5″, it’s not going to make the best ball stretcher, but if you’re looking for something more narrow, go ahead and wrap it around your nuts. At any rate, the size and snugness makes for a comfortable fit that allows for extended wear, but can easily be unstretched and removed should the ring cause discomfort.

(MANUFACTURER PHOTO)

Want to make it glow? This Glo ring’s main feature is easily activated by exposing it to a light source. I left mine in the (clear) package and propped it on a window sill that gets a lot of sun. You can also “charge” the ring with an artificial light source, and that will still make it glow. Generally speaking, the longer you expose it to light, the longer it will glow. Put on your ring and retreat to the darkest place you can find, and marvel at the soft green glow coming from the root of your cock. The darker the room, the more pronounced the glow will be. While the glow feature is probably more fun when shared with a friend, fuck buddy, or partner (“Surprise!”), the Glo ring is works equally well for solo play as well as during sex.

Its small size makes it easy to store, bring along for some fun, or take it on your travels. The silicone is body safe and odor free, and silicone rings typically last longer than cock rings made of rubber or plastics. It’s easy to clean, too! Just use warm water and soap and it’ll be ready to put on the next time you need it.

One thing I didn’t mention to my Camo Cock Ring review that I’ll bring up here: Blush Novelties includes a little Cock Ring Instruction Manual booklet with the cock rings that they manufacture. This is a nifty primer for first time users, offering tips on how to put on your new ring, how to care for it and clean it, and some safety precautions you might want to consider if you’ve never worn a cock ring before.

Thanks for Peepshow Toys for sending the Glo Ring for me to try. You can get one or more (why not get a spare for a friend or fuckbuddy?) using the links below:

Arcwave Ion — Pleasure Air Stroker

INFO: This review was originally released on June 10, 2021

(MANUFACTURER PHOTO)

Today I am looking at a luxury penis masturbator called the Arcwave Ion Pleasure Air Stroker. Unlike traditional vibrating strokers, this one uses air pressure technology to stimulate the penis. Peepshow Toys sent the Arcwave Ion to me in exchange for an unbiased review, so let’s take a look.

I had heard mostly positive things about this masturbator before I was asked to try it, so my expectations were pretty high going into this test drive. All I really knew about the Ion was that it used some kind of air technology to arouse the sensitive nerves in the frenulum, which is that extra-sensitive spot just under the head of the penis. This sweet spot is a trigger point for many–including myself—so I was pretty eager to get my hands on this thing and see exactly what it could do.

The box arrived, and the toy was so nicely packaged. Inside was the Ion itself, a sleek black plastic-and-silicone contraption that doesn’t really look like an obvious sex toy. There are a few discreet buttons on the plastic part and a couple metal leads on the bottom that allow for easy charging. The stroker is hard smooth plastic on one side and soft, flexible silicone on the other. The two parts come together and create a round tunnel about 3.5 inches long. The interior of this tunnel is lined with some delicate ribbing and you’ll immediately note a small round opening about midway through; this is where the air is deployed. Even though only a portion of the toy is totally enclosed, the Ion itself runs just under six inches in length.

Also in the box is the case/charger, which is made of hard plastic and in two pieces which fit neatly together. Pop the longer “lid” off and you’ll see the charger, outfitted with a plastic pole, onto which the stroker can be seated. It’s pretty straightforward how to place the stroker onto this base.

(MANUFACTURER PHOTO)

Attach the included charging cable to the port underneath and fully charge your unit. When the Ion is dry, you can slip the cover onto it for discreet storage, which allows you to keep the toy nearby (like on a dresser or nightstand) for quick access during your masturbation sessions. This thing looks so unlike a sex toy that you can probably pass it off for some kind of charging device or another innocuous electronic gadget.

Turning the Arcwave Ion on is pretty simple, too. Press and hold the + button on the back until you feel the motor inside softly purr to life. It will go into “standby” mode unless you force it into operation. Cool white LED lights on the controls (and the base) let you know when the Ion is powered up.

Operating the toy is pretty easy. Just click the + button to move it into air mode. The further you push it, the louder and more intense the air action gets. One of the things I read (repeatedly) while awaiting to try out the Ion for myself, was how loud this gadget can get. It’s loud. Even Peepshow Toys notes in its listing of the toy’s various qualities: “Not quiet.”

(MANUFACTURER PHOTO)

The higher you turn this thing up, the louder it gets. It pretty much sounds like an unmuffled motor or a large dog growling, so I definitely would heed the warning if a loud sex toy might draw attention to your jack off time. There is a “Smart Silence” button on the controls, which helpfully allows you to only have the toy rumbling away when it senses skin contact: i.e. your cock is in the chamber and pressed against the air opening.

The air itself seems to be more of a “blowing” sensation than a sucking sensation, and you’ll need to have your frenulum up against it for the Ion to do what it does. This, at least for me, was easier said than done.

Though I’ve never tried one of the “clit sucking” toys that use air pulsations to stimulate the clitoris, most of the ones I have seen in passing are smaller handheld devices with a totally open design: meaning you can easily place or remove the air hole onto the body part you want to stimulate, without having anything else obstructing access to the opening.

Since the Arcwave Ion has a completely enclosed passage, you actually have to penetrate the orifice and work your penis into the exact spot for the technology to work. Though the silicone sleeve is fairly flexible, it only has a limited amount of give, so those with thicker/girthier penises, or perhaps those who have difficulty obtaining or maintaining an erection, could have trouble aligning their dicks just so to make the Ion work properly. Remember, the precise spot you want to stimulate needs to be positioned against the air opening to make things work.

I have to say I was initially disappointed in trying to get the Ion to work for me. At first my cock was a bit too thick to comfortably penetrate the interior, and the frustration caused my erection to wane, which made it even more difficult (impossible) to position my frenulum over the hole, which is waaaay inside the thing. Okay, it’s only about 3 inches in there, but that’s a bit of a stretch when things aren’t cooperating. I considered lubricating my dick as well as the toy itself, but I honestly wanted to see if this thing would work without it.

I kind of wished the toy was more similar to other popular cock strokers, like the Man Wand or Hot Octopuss Pulse masturbators. Those toys are not fully enclosed, which allows a wider breadth of cocks (flaccid and at varying stages of erection) to use them without issues. Now of course, maybe this Arcwave thing needs to be fully enclosed to do what it does, but when every other air-driven stimulator seems to consist of an open design, I wonder….

Anyhow, you’ll probably need lube to make things happen. Arcwave includes a tiny sample bottle of a Pjur water-based lube to get your started, but the body-friendly lube that Peepshow Toys is touting (Wicked Simply Aqua Jelle) works really well, too, and you’ll have a generous 4 ounce squeeze tube to work with.

While the silicone sleeve is soft/squishy, textured, and feels pretty good once it’s lubed, I was disappointed that I had to go through all this just to get my dick inside and place the sweet spot against the air hole. Dammit, this is a $200 high tech masturbator. If I wanted to grease up a ribbed sleeve and manually stroke it, I’d reach for something cheaper. Arcwave, please consider testing out a different model where the user isn’t going to bust a nut in the “usual” way while trying to penetrate your toy just to experience this high-end technology.

That said, once you grease up and get things aligned properly, the Ion growls to life and the air does whatever it does. And frankly…I have NO idea what’s going on in there. It’s definitely the most unique (and somewhat strange) sensation I’ve ever felt while masturbating. If you can manage to slide in and position yourself correctly, so you’re not prematurely racing toward climax from the sleeve itself getting you off, you’ll feel something going on in your frenulum, but it’s not like any sensation I’ve felt before.

Now I’ve stimulated my frenulum to orgasm countless different ways: with buzzy vibes, rumbly vibes, pointy-tipped vibes and bullet vibes, the aforementioned Pulse and Man Wand toys milking untold numbers of loads out of me. I’ve even been known to coat a fingertip in lube (or precum) and gently stimulate my sweet spot until I was blowing a great orgasm. Using any of these methods, I feel a distinct form of stimulation that builds and grows more pleasurable the longer I do it.

The Arcwave Ion, on the other hand, feels like it’s doing something UNDER the skin of this sensitive spot. It’s like it bypasses the external stimulation and does something slightly deeper. Which means you feel the pleasure and the build in a different sort of way, and the impending orgasm kind of comes out of nowhere. I kind of miss the slow build to release, but I have to say the climaxes that the Ion gave me were all really intense. But they all just sort of materialized. Suddenly I was cumming, multiple ropes of spunk flying everywhere. Thank goodness the Ion is open-ended, because the loads I was getting with this thing were all big and blasted all over the place.

So can I recommend the Arcwave Ion? Actually, absolutely. I can’t really figure out what it’s doing to my dick, but my dick sure likes it, and responds by giving me deep orgasms and making a big mess to clean up. Speaking of which, this has to be one of the easiest toys to clean and dry. The silicone stroker sleeve effortlessly detaches from the mechanical portion for easy cleaning under a faucet with soap and water. Arcwave even includes a clever DryTech stick that slides into the sleeve to make drying the inside much more simple. Just push the drying pack into the hollow DryTech stick and any remaining moisture will wick away. No more damp stroker sleeves! The charging station cleverly doubles as a drying rack, too.

(MANUFACTURER PHOTO)

I do want to point out a couple of factors that might make this toy a no-go for some buyers: it’s pretty pricey, and it’s very loud. But if you have the extra bucks to lay down for a unique masturbation experience that veers away from more traditional strokers and penis vibrators, this might be just the thing you’re looking for.

Man Wand Vibrating Masturbator

INFO: This review was originally released on February 26, 2019

Not long ago, I reviewed a vibrating stimulator called the Manta. While I liked that toy, I kept thinking, “too bad this isn’t a little more versatile…like a wand massager with a built-in attachment for a cock.” Lo and behold, Peepshow Toys has sent me another vibrating toy for review, and it’s a wand massager…with a built-in attachment for a cock! Dream and ye shall receive.

(MANUFACTURER PHOTO)

The new toy in question is called the Man Wand. The company that makes this thing is called Man Wan, at least I think so. I’ve never heard of them (or the Man Wand) at any rate. I’ve used and reviewed just about every type of sex toy there is, but I’ve never tried a wand massager before. Surprising, because videos of men using vibrating wands on their dicks are some of my favorite things to watch when I’m scouting sites like Xtube and PornHub for good “real guy” clips to enjoy.

Typically, wand massagers are often quite large and bulky, so I was surprised to find that the Man Wand is fairly compact. The wand itself isn’t even 8 inches long. I think this is good, actually. It makes the toy lighter, easier to hold and maneuver, plus it takes up less room when you’re ready to store it. Protruding from one side of the wand’s knob are two silicone flaps that resemble an open bird beak. Actually, it looks like a number of other vibrating penis massagers out there: an open-ended concavity that’s designed to carry vibrations and stimulate a cock from just about any angle. The wings, the head, as well as the handle are all made of (or covered in) a seamless layer of silicone. The material is odorless, body-safe, and makes the Man Wand easy to clean. It’s so nice that they coated the handle in silicone as well. The wand is more comfortable to grip and the silicone gives the entire toy a nice soft, satiny texture. Nothing feels or looks cheap about this toy.

(MANUFACTURER PHOTO)

The handle runs about 5 inches in length and fits very comfortably in my hand. Whether you’re holding the wand in a stationary position or want to change the angles or even keep it moving, it’s completely comfortable in your hand. The handle has a slight ribbed texture, which makes it easier to grip. There are three control buttons on the side of the handle. They’re easy to operate, but not so raised that you’re going to accidentally switch things up (or off) when you’re not wanting to.

Beyond the handle is a firm but flexible neck, which allows the knob and penis attachment to pivot in any direction. Such a nice feature! Sometimes you just need the slightest adjustment to hit a sweet spot right where you want it, and the Man Wand’s flexibility really makes a difference. Easy on the hand, and easy on the toy. The wand’s knob – the rounded head – which houses the vibrator – is well designed. Since the wing attachment is molded right onto the toy, the designers were able to keep the back portion of the head exposed. This means you can not only enjoy the vibrating flaps, but can make use of the curved knob for more focused stimulation. More on this later!

(MY PHOTOS)

The “cock flaps” aren’t that large, but it’s more than enough room for most. They protrude about an inch-and-a-half on either side, offering a nicely curved “cradle” for any size penis (okay, big beer can dicks might be a little cramped). Each flap is totally soft and flexible, meaning they’ll bend back to accommodate larger and thicker shafts and heads. Since the design leaves the attachment open, you won’t have to worry about squeezing your cock into a tight enclosed space. Like the handle, the silicone surface has some ribs, but these are more subtle. Those who like a lot of texture in their masturbators might be a little disappointed. A great part of the design is how how the wing attachment curves down to meet the wand’s knob on both sides. This allows the user to rock the wand up and down, giving cocks more surface space to enjoy. You can either hold it in place or roll it. The sensations are different either way. The ribs are a little more pronounced on either side of the attachment, so those who want a little more to rub against just may find it. If they’re not blown away by the vibrations, that is. Yes, this wand is a powerhouse.

(MANUFACTURER PHOTO)

When I saw how small and compact it was, I wondered if the vibrator inside this thing would be similarly diminutive. It’s not. In fact, if you’re looking for a soft and gently teasing vibrator for your parts, the Man Wand really isn’t your best choice. Even on its lowest setting the wand is quite intense. I’ve complained in the past about vibrators that go from Strong to Stronger, and the Man Wand pretty much falls into this category. Let’s backtrack a little to show how to bring your Man Wand to life.

Before using your new wand, you’re going to need to charge it up. Happily, the Man Wand is cordless and completely rechargeable. Plug one end of the included charging cable into any USB port and firmly insert the metal charging prong into the tight divot at the bottom of the handle. Once it’s seated, the power button will glow red. This means it’s charging. One thing I like about the cord they give you is that it has a little label on it that says Man Wand. It sounds like a silly thing, but in the age of rechargeable sex toys, I can’t tell you how many times I’ve left a charging cable on my desk and a few days later am trying to remember which toy it belongs with. And before I forget, I want to mention that there’s even a cloth drawstring bag to store the wand (and cord) in when you’re done with it. It’s a nice extra that will help keep dust and lint off the toy’s silicone surface when it’s not in use.

While you’re waiting for your new wand to obtain a full charge, why not read some of my other reviews for sex toys I’ve tried out for Peepshow Toys? They stock so many high-quality, body-friendly toys, you really should see what other fun stuff you can add to your collection. Peepshow Toys also carries my favorite water-based lubricant: Sliquid Sassy. It’s a nice thick lube that doesn’t run all over and make a mess, and works great with the Man Wand. Since the Man Wand is coated with silicone, a good water-based lube is recommended. The silicone coating makes it really easy to clean when you’re done. The toy is labeled as “water resistant,” which works great for cleaning up. Has the red light gone out yet? Great! Now we’re ready to power it up.

Controlling the Man Wand is pretty straightforward. There are three control buttons. Click the bottom button to turn the wand on. The red light comes on again and the vibrator blasts to life. The vibe starts out on the steady settings and oddly, it powers up on High. Use the top button to decrease the power. As I mentioned before, this toy is a powerful thing and – to me – there is not a huge difference between “low” and the higher settings. There are eight levels in all, and they’re all pretty intense. I’m not really complaining about the intensity of this thing, since I was pretty wowed that so much power comes out of something quite small, I’d just like something a little less intense to start out with, or to use when I want more subtle sensations. I did feel that the lowest steady vibe setting was noticeably slower and more rumbly, and this worked better for more prolonged stimulation. The more intense settings feel great, they just really work me close to climax fairly quickly.

Where the Man Wand gets fun is when you start playing with the vibe patterns. The center button controls these and there’s an impressive 20 patterns to choose from. And what an amazing assortment it is! While there are a few patterns that repeat the same rhythm indefinitely, most of them are a wild mix of rapid pulsing that will suddenly change to a strong blast of steady vibes, only to pulse in a pattern again. I love the way they set this up! The motor is so strong and the waves feel so different as they cycle and surge into the silicone cock flaps, at times it almost feels like your cock is being teased by a talented throat or hand. While it’s a different sensation than you’d get from an actual blowjob, it’s certainly a mind-blowing feeling at times. The controls are simple to use and are designed in a way so you can’t easily switch things accidentally. But it’s quite easy to change patterns or shut the vibe off entirely…it’s powerful, so you may want a break from time to time. With 20 different patterns, it can be a little difficult to find a certain one that felt really good. And, as I said, the lack of less intense settings might make the Man Wand too strong for those who need or want more moderate vibrations.

Want an easy way to tone down the strong vibrations? Try using the knob end of the wand while wearing undergear, or even teasing yourself through your clothes. It feels noticeably different than direct skin contact and makes for great foreplay or warm-up to more intense stimulation at a later time. With the rounded curves on the vibrating head, you can enjoy stimulation to more than just a cock. Tease your balls, your taint, the root of your shaft, inner thighs, your nipples, or any other erogenous zones. No matter the sex of your partner, the Man Wand can please both of you, so try using your new massager during foreplay and sex. With the open-ended attachment, it’s easy to use the wand on the root of a penis, leaving the upper portion free for oral sex or manual stimulation. I should point out that the design also makes it easy to use the toy whether a cock is soft or hard. Simply rest the penis inside the attachment and allow the strong vibrations to massage it. Even the flexible tips of either wing become fluttering teasers when the vibe is powered up. Gently tease or tickle your favorite hot zones this way, especially if more direct contact is too intense because of the strong vibrations.

(MY ANIMATION)

What can I say? I love the Man Wand! Not only is it good for knocking out a fast orgasm when I really need it, the toy is small enough to keep handy for those times when you want a quick bout of teasing. (I tease myself right through my pants!) It’s powerful enough when you want a quick climax, but comfortable enough for sessions that last a little longer. Between the wild vibe patterns and the versatility of the head, there’s quite a lot you can do with the Man Wand. This one is definitely going on my Favorites list!

LA Pump – Penis Enlargement Cylinder and Deluxe Pump

INFO: This review was originally released on October 6, 2017

I was recently contacted by Peepshow Toys and asked if I had any interest in reviewing one of the penis pump kits they stock. Since I’ve never used a pump on my own before, I thought this would be a good opportunity to try one. Once I sent them my measurements, a kit from Peepshow Toys was on its way.

The kit that was sent to me was from LA Pump, which is known for its high quality products for penis pumping enthusiasts. While many of their users are long-time pumpers, the devices are also recommended for beginners who are looking for well-made equipment. The LA Pump kits stocked by Peepshow Toys each contain a deluxe pump, plastic hosing, and a hard clear cylinder. I was sent the deluxe enlargement kit which contains a well-constructed hand pump, an air hose, and a round cylinder.

Before ordering a pump, you first want to determine what size enlargement cylinder you’ll need. Peepshow Toys stocks three popular sizes: 1.75″, 2″, and 2.25″ diameters. Instead of trying to wrap a tape measure around your penis, use a piece of string instead, and wrap it loosely around the thickest part of your penis (while erect). Mark the string where it crosses itself, lay it out flat and measure the distance between the marks. A 5.5″ measurement would use a 1.75″ diameter tube; a 6.25″ measurement would need a 2″ tube, and a 7″ measurement would opt for the 2.25″ tube. All three of the cylinders offered by Peepshow Toys are nine inches in length, which is recommended by LA Pump as a good “starter cylinder.” You want to measure carefully since the pump kits (and the included cylinders) are not returnable if you select an incorrect size.

(MANUFACTURER PHOTO)

Upon receiving the kit, I could see everything was very sturdy and well constructed right out of the package. The cylinder was made of hard thick clear plastic, and is billed as being “hand crafted, diamond cut, and flame polished.” If you’re trying serious pumping, you want a good quality durable penis cylinder, and everything about the cylinder from LA Pump seemed very high quality. The same goes for the pump itself. I’m sure you’ve seen cheaper penis pumps with rubber bulbs or cheap plastic hand pumps; the LA Pump hand pump is made with full metal construction covered with soft rubber grips, and includes a pressure gauge (PSI) “for accuracy and safety.” There is also a pressure release valve on the device, so you can quickly and easily release the pressure in the cylinder. The hand pump attaches to the cylinder with a length of clear plastic tubing. To use, you simple make sure the hose is attached to the pump, and that the other end is connected to your cylinder. There’s a quick connect/disconnect valve at the top of the cylinder that makes hooking up your unit easy, plus it can also be used to release the vacuum inside of the tube.

Before using your pump, there are a few suggestions you may wish to follow. Be sure to lubricate your penis well before inserting it into the cylinder. This helps keep your penis well lubricated during pumping and aids in comfort during your session. A water-based lube is recommended, but you can also used a thicker oil-based lube (like Pumpers Lube) if you want something longer lasting. An oil-based lube can work better for guys with more hair around the base of their penis. LA Pump suggests trimming the hair that might get pulled into the cylinder, but if it’s still a problem as you pump, consider using a thicker oil-based lube. Using lube not only helps with protecting the sensitive tissues of your dick, but it’ll make obtaining the needed seal much easier. You can also take a hot bath or shower before your session to make the tissue in your penis more receptive to vacuum pumping.

Once your penis has been inserted into the cylinder, you should adjust its position before you start to use the pump to create a seal and a vacuum. Simply jiggle the cylinder gently and make sure your dick isn’t bent or positioned at an uncomfortable angle. Remember, at any time, if you need to make an adjustment or need to release the pressure inside the cylinder due to discomfort, pain, etc., just use the pressure release valve – a small metal pin on the underside of the pump – to eliminate the vacuum so you can easily reposition your cock or the cylinder. While you will feel a strong pressure and vacuum sensation while using your pump, it shouldn’t cause any pain or intense discomfort, so use the release valve as needed.

To create the vacuum inside of the tube, you must have a good seal. The LA Pump cylinders are designed with a wide outer lip to eliminate the need for an additional “rubber ring/seal” that are sometimes necessary with lesser pumps. Even so, the first time I used my pump, it took a few tries before I was able to get a decent seal. Remember, use the pressure release valve if you need a more comfortable position. On one of my first attempts, I got a nice seal, but the cylinder was too far down on my cock, so the outer rim was pressing down onto my balls. Not comfortable! I released the seal, repositioned the cylinder and had much better results. You can pull down on your balls while obtaining your initial seal; this helps keep your nuts from being sucked up into the cylinder while you’re pumping.

One important thing to remember when pumping is not to get carried away and try for something that’s too big/too fast. Seasoned pumpers will tell you that good results – whether you’re looking for short-term swelling inside the cylinder, increased thickness/length after you pull your cock out, or long-term size gains – come to those who aren’t trying to rush the process. You might get your dick to balloon up during a hurried session, but you also might do some damage to your cock if you’re not careful. LA Pump recommends keeping the needle on the pressure gauge between 4 and 6 (in.Hg). Each pumper will have a different comfort level and you should definitely work your way up to the higher end of this recommendation if the pressure feels too intense. You can easily do some damage if you try to exert more pressure than recommended. Some bruising or some post-pump swelling (sometimes called “the donut effect,” for the puffy ridge of tissue that encircles the shaft just under the glans) can happen if you pump too hard too quickly, or pump for longer than recommended. LA Pump suggests a 15 minute session up to 4 times a week for beginners looking for the best results.

Once the base of your penis has sealed the bottom of the cylinder, simply use the hand pump to remove more air from inside the tube. As you do, your cock will start to swell. You can usually make minor adjustments by jiggling the cylinder during use, if you’re trying to control which way your cock expands inside the tube. Since the cylinder is thick and smooth, there isn’t much direct sexual pleasure from the tube itself, but men experience different sensations while pumping. Personally, I found my own dick leaking precum like crazy each time I pumped, and the fluid against the head of my dick created a very pleasant sensation during my pump sessions every time it pressed against the cylinder’s sidewall. Again, keep close watch on the pump’s pressure gauge to ensure you’re not overdoing it. It’s not about trying to pack the entire cylinder with swollen cock or obtain huge size gains in a short period of time. Though I am quite happy with my “natural” erect size, I have to say I was pleasantly surprised to see my cock swollen inside the cylinder while I was pumping. Without even being the slightest bit erect when I inserted myself, I pulled my dick out of the tube after my pump sessions to find it red, swollen, and completely hard. While you won’t have the same engorged/enlarged state once you release the vacuum, your penis should be noticeably more swollen (even when flaccid) after you’re finished. Since I’ve only been using my pump for about a week, I can’t comment yet on what any long-term effects might be, but I’ll be sure to update my progress in a future post.

When you finish your pumping session, you can release the vacuum and pull your penis out. LA Pump suggests a nice massage of the just-pumped penis after pumping. Since your cock is already lubed and swollen, why not enjoy a slow masturbation session? Each time I used my pump I was leaking so much precum that I had to have a release when I was finished.

Cleaning the cylinder is very easy when you’re finished. Use the quick release valve to detach the plastic hose, then twist the valve carefully in a counterclockwise direction to remove it entirely. Wash your cylinder with hot or warm water and some basic dish soap. I used a long bottle brush on mine to make cleaning it out a lot easier. Let it air dry well before replacing the valve and storing it.

(MANUFACTURER PHOTO)

I have to say my experience with the LA Pump kit has been very positive. It’s clear both the pump and the cylinder is well made. I’ve always wanted to try penis pumping, but have usually been put off by the bad reviews on pumping equipment. Either the cylinders aren’t built to withstand the pressures of a vacuum or the pump itself isn’t capable of getting the job done. With the LA Pump kit, I feel like the quality of the components is worth the price, and would definitely recommend it to guys who are looking for a decent pump kit that’s going to work well right out of the package and hold up over time.

Thanks to Peepshow Toys for letting me try the LA Pump kit. You can order your own pump kit from them using this link:

M-Elite Gript Platinum Silicone Stroker

INFO: The following review was originally released on November 1, 2022

(MANUFACTURER PHOTO)

I was so excited to test out one of two platinum silicone masturbator sleeves from Blush Novelties. These days it seems that most insertable (anal) toys are typically made from body-safe silicone, but it’s more of a rarity that manufacturers are designing strokers made out of this material. Blush Novelties released two different premium textured strokers: the Gript and the Hekx. I selected the Gript model to review for Peepshow Toys.

The Gript stroker arrived neatly packaged in a stylish box. Simply slide up the outer sleeve and pull open the sturdy package to reveal the toy. The Gript is nestled in a foam layer with a cut-out for the toy. The only other thing in the package is a small box holding a folded microfiber type pouch which can be used to store the toy when not in use. Actually, the box is so nice, I’m going to keep it stored in that, and save the pouch in case I decide to travel with the toy.

The Gript is made entirely of silicone, which is both solid as well as soft and squishy. At 5 inches in length, the stroker isn’t terribly large, but it has a nice heft to it. One end is slightly larger than the other, which gives the feel of holding a small beverage container in your hand. The outer aspect of the Gript is embossed with a slightly-raised diamond pattern that encircles the toy, giving it the texture that makes it live up to its name. The texture should make it easier to hold onto for most users, and the size and shape of this thing makes for easy holding as well. It’s fairly solid for a stroker with no case, but the silicone is soft enough to squeeze, so you can grip and manually stimulate your cock during use.

(MANUFACTURER PHOTO)

Each end of the masturbator features a different orifice, but both of them are non-anatomical, which is a nice thing for those who don’t want an overly sexual stroking toy (i.e. no mouths, pussies, assholes). The wider end has a ¾-inch opening that is totally stretchable to accommodate almost any sized cock. Need an even tighter hole? The narrower end has a smaller opening: a shallow half-inch depression that drops into a super-tight opening (barely a fifth of an inch) that is snug (yet still stretchable).

The textures inside the sleeve are what really make this thing worthwhile. The reason I selected the Gript over the other model was because of the three distinct internal textures. Just inside the wider opening are big raised circular bumps. As you slide even deeper into the chute, you’ll notice things grow even tighter and the texture changes to a ring of raised horizontal ribs.

Even deeper lies a slightly wider tunnel with raised diagonal ridges that twist their way toward the end of the stroker. If your erect cock is longer than the toy’s five inches, you should be able to pop out the other end. This is one of the reasons I enjoy double-ended strokers, so I can feel the head of my dick pop through the other end. The tight opening on the top is perfect, and nicely squeezes my shaft after my swollen head pops through. See the cutaway view of the internal textures below.

(MANUFACTURER PHOTO)

Of course, be sure to try and flip the toy over and penetrate it from the other end, experiencing the trio of textures in reverse. One of my favorite things to do with textured strokers is to slowly rotate them, so the ribs and bumps inside can offer a tactile experience while masturbating. Given the toy’s name, the user can grip the soft silicone while moving it in a circular motion or sliding it up and down. Squeezing it is a good way to focus the raised parts inside against your shaft and head’s sweet spots.

Not only do open-ended strokers allow for more versatility, but it almost eliminates the vacuum that is typically created inside of closed strokers or capped toys. For me, anyhow, this allows for easier penetration and makes sliding the toy easier. If you do desire more suction or more of a vacuum effect, you can easily plug the end hole at any time to change the internal sensation. Try blocking it off after penetrating the Gript as deep as you can, then squeeze the outer aspect of the stroker while trying to pull yourself out of its depths. The amount of lubrication you use can alter the way this feels, so go ahead and experiment. I’ve been using Sliquid Sassy during my sessions; it’s a high-quality thick water-based lube that lasts longer than many I’ve tried. Peepshow Toys is also suggesting oil-based lube with this toy, so perhaps try that out if you enjoy stroking with oil.

It’s great to have finally found a decent manually-operated masturbator made entirely of silicone. The different textures inside are quite good and just different enough to enjoy all of them. The toy isn’t overly huge or heavy, but it’s thick enough to get a good grip on yet soft enough to squeeze your cock while using it, to create some different sensations. I love the dual openings and pushing through the smaller hole makes for some delicious tightness and even allows me to unload outside of the toy, which helps make cleanup easier.

Cleaning your Blush Novelties stroker is pretty simple. Use some warm water and squirt some soap inside and rinse the interior until everything is clean. The only drawback to this particular toy that I’ve found so far is it takes a little while for the internal parts to dry completely. I never put any sex toys away while they’re wet, so this one had to sit out for over a day before I was able to store it. I’m kind of interested in picking up a rod-style warming tool, used to heat the insides of a stroker before using. Silicone feels even better when it grows warm and I bet a toy warmer would help the toy dry out a lot faster.

Aneros Maximus Trident Prostate Massager

INFO: This review was originally released on March 2, 2018

Welcome to the other half of my two-part Aneros Trident review. This week I’m looking at the new Aneros Maximus Trident prostate massager. After all the fun I had with the Helix Trident, I took a little break before moving on to the Maximus. Peepshow Toys was kind enough to send me both of these new toys to test, and I’m so glad I got to try this second one. I really liked the Helix Trident, but Maximus Trident was even better!

As the name might suggest, the Maximus model is a bit larger. Aneros suggests this model for users with a little more experience, and it’s also a great choice for guys who want more thickness compared to the other Trident models. As a result, the Maximus won’t move around as much as the Helix, but that doesn’t mean you can’t have a great experience with your new toy. Size-wise, both the bulbous head of the Maximus and the mid-center bulge have a diameter of one inch. Like the Helix, the rounded head is angled slightly to provide pressure on your prostate gland during use. Both the Helix and Maximus have an insertable length of four inches, so there isn’t really a difference in how deep this toy is going to go. But the fuller, rounder head made all the difference to me in terms of how it massaged my prostate. Let me show you a side-by-side shot of both of the Trident models I tried. You can see they are a similar size, but have differences in shape and thickness.

(MANUFACTURER PHOTO)

The material of the Trident prostate massagers is a smooth hard plastic. Lube both your hole and the toy with a nice water-based lubricant. I use Sliquid Naturals Sassy, which doesn’t drip all over when you’re applying it, makes for a nice smooth insertion, and stays slippery longer. Even though the Maximus sports a thicker girth, it wasn’t any harder to insert than the Helix. I immediately noticed the knob pressing into my prostate and thought, “Oh man, this is going to be good!” The twin balls on the base – designed to rest against and stimulate external pressure points – seemed more suited to my personal anatomy, too. I was not only getting internal massage from the toy’s tip, but the prostate tab (the one that rests against the taint) was working the spot from another angle. If you’ve ever gotten a manual prostate massage by someone rubbing your P-spot with a well-placed finger while simultaneously having the gland massaged by a thumb on your taint, you know exactly how intense this can feel. The Maximus hadn’t even really started moving, and already I was feeling deep pleasure.

Once I was ready to go, I started to slowly contract my sphincter muscle. While the Maximus didn’t have the same range of movement as the slightly-smaller Helix, what I did experience was a stronger pressure as the bulb pushed deeper into my prostate. At the same time, the two rounded tabs put more pressure on either side of my hole as the toy was pulled a little deeper inside me. Remember how I said it felt like receiving a digital prostate massage? Now imagine that the person massaging you started to move very slowly and apply a little more force.

The effects of all this intense massage not only included some vivid enjoyment, but a milking effect. Within a couple of minutes, I was dripping tons of precum. Now, up until this point, I wasn’t using anything but my sphincter muscle to manipulate the Aneros. No moving it in and out with my hand, no pressing it manually deeper into my prostate…the anal muscles were doing all the work for me, and it felt fantastic. Once you learn the technique, you can easily lie back and flex and just wait for the toy to do the rest. All of the new Trident models are designed with “Multi-Axial Motion Architecture,” which allows for more range of movement once the toy is inserted. This is a nice improvement over the original Aneros models, which don’t move around quite as much.

(MANUFACTURER PHOTO)

I still didn’t manage the tricky hands-free prostate orgasm, but I’m confident that the Maximus Trident will be the Aneros model that finally pushes me into the Super O zone. And as amazing as I know a prostate orgasm can be, the intense pleasure I get from this little toy still makes it worth the purchase. The prostate pleasure sensations were constant and were there right from the moment of insertion. The profuse precum leakage never stopped and was a constant reminder that wonderful things were happening inside my hole. And when I finally decided to polish myself off, I hardly needed to bear down on the Aneros poking against my prostate. The feeling was terrific, deep and intense, and the orgasm that followed was even better. Could the Aneros Maximus Trident be my new favorite prostate toy? Hmmm…could be.

One thing I’ve noticed from using the Aneros prostate massagers is that they are great tools for learning the hands-free technique. I find myself working my ass muscles even when I don’t have an Aneros in my hole. I even used the technique with one of my favorite vibrating prostate massagers and the minute the thing was seated, my hole started moving the thing in and out, for an entirely new experience. So Aneros not only gives you prostate pleasure, it’ll also change the way you play with your hole.

I still think the Helix is a solid prostate massager, but the Maximus really gave me an even better experience. I’d probably recommend first timers start with a Helix, and guys looking for a thicker, fuller massage go for the Maximus. But honestly, I had no trouble inserting either model with proper lubrication, so if you think you’re up for the larger one, why not go for it? There are another two Trident models to pick from too: the MGX – which offers a slightly more slender shaft, and a ribbed neck for extra stimulation on that oh-so-sensual hole – and the Eupho – the slender model with a narrower head and neck. If you desire less thickness, and want an Aneros that moves a little more, this might be the choice for you. Whatever one you go with, I think if you’re looking for a toy that you can use for regular prostate massage that inserts easily and is smooth to the touch, but firm enough to apply the pressure you want, an Aneros is a must-have for your sex toy collection. Just don’t get frustrated if that hands-free prostate orgasm eludes you. Keep on rubbing it and learn what it takes to get you there. I know that’s what I’m going to do.

Thanks again to Peepshow Toys for letting me try the Maximus Trident (and the Helix Trident). They currently stock all four of the new Trident Prostate massagers and you can order your own with the following links:

Uberrime Bella Dual-Density Dildo

NOTE: This review was originally released on September 6, 2019

Last week was Big, this week is Bigger*. After last week’s b-Vibe Vibrating Snug Plug XL, this week I’m going even larger with the new Uberrime Bella, a dual-density realistic silicone dildo. Peepshow Toys is now stocking this 8-incher in five different colors and sent one to me in exchange for a review. With 7.25″ of usable length, a thick shaft (1.7 inch diameter) and an even bigger head (1.97 inch diameter), the Bella dildo is a pretty large toy. Let’s take a closer look.

I’ve already reviewed some other toys from the Uberrime line, and two of them were even bigger than the Bella. The Splendid Large is (as you might have guessed) an even bigger version of one of my favorite dildos: the Uberrime Splendid. (I’ll be linking all of the earlier Uberrime reviews at the bottom of this post so you can compare sizes and designs while deciding which ones are perfect for you.) The Splendid Large measures in at 8 inches with 7.5″ of usable length, with a max shaft diameter of 2+ inches and a chunky 2-inch diameter head. An even longer toy — the Night King Fire and Ice Dildo — has a length of 9 inches (8 inches insertable) and a max shaft diameter of 1.7 inches. This beautiful blue and red monster isn’t quite as thick, but it sports a delicious curve and lots of rippled texture. I’ve snapped a pic of all three of these large Uberrime dildos together, so you can get an idea of how they measure up side-by-side:

(MY PHOTO)

As you can see in the above image, the Bella dildo I selected is one of the two “fleshtones” that Peepshow Toys is stocking; the chocolate is a deeper tone and compliments the realistic detail nicely. If you’re the type that wants a realistic cock to look totally realistic, you might be a little disappointed in the colors, since there is a metallic element added that makes it shimmer with glitter. Personally, I love the way it looks! I really enjoy realistic cocks and think it’s great that there are two flesh-type tones added to the collection for those who don’t want a more brightly colored dildo (teal, pink and sapphire blue, in case you were wondering — there’s a photo showing all five color choices below). Since every Uberrime piece I own is a pearl shade or brightly colored, I jumped at the chance to have a darker one. Every Uberrime piece is first designed by Marco, the craftsman behind this “one human operation,” and then hand-poured into molds. In the case of Bella, these are dual-density dildos, which requires two separate pours of silicone: a firm inner layer is covered with softer, squishier outer layer that makes the finished piece feel just as realistic as it looks.

And boy does it look realistic! I’m always a sucker for a beautiful cock head, and the Bella — which translates from Latin as “beautiful” or “handsome” — has a stunning one. As I already noted, it’s the thickest part of this cock, starting out with a rounded, realistic tip (complete with piss slit) that spreads into wide glans and a very defined ridge. The frenulum sports a cord of connected foreskin which is has the appearance of being pulled back to reveal the head, creating a bulbous bump that wraps around the upper aspect of the shaft. As much as I like beautiful exposed cock heads, I’d love to see a piece with a tight foreskin wrapped around the top of the glans, just to set it apart from the other Uberrime dildos that I have.

(MY PHOTO)

Anyway, the rest of this cock is good looking as well. The shaft stands proudly upright (though it bends nicely when anchored to a wall with the suction cup base; check out the photo at the top of the page) and is snaked with some nice-looking veins. Due to the soft outer layer of silicone in this piece, while the veins definitely look nice, they don’t add a huge amount of extra texture that you can feel intensely. The raised cord running down the underside of the shaft to the base also gives the Bella even more realism. Seriously, this is one of the nicest-looking realistic dildos I’ve ever seen. But how does it feel?

Even before lubing it up and working it into an eager hole, the Bella feels pretty realistic. The outer layer of silicone is pretty soft and squishy, and this gives the dong a skin-like feel as you pinch, stroke and press it. As you squeeze harder, you’ll feel (and appreciate) the dense inner layer which gives the cock a wonderfully solid feel. Sometimes I like a dildo that’s all one density, and a firm one at that. I think, for me, it makes it easier to penetrate, though a more solid toy would definitely not bend and move as well as the Bella does. The outer layer of material has a pretty surprising amount of give as you start to work it into your hole (be sure to use lots of water-based lube; inside the hole and coating the the entire length of the toy). I was instantly reminded just how big this thing is when it didn’t pop in readily. I actually had to warm up my hole awhile with another thick toy I like: the b-Vibe Snug Plug XL. Once I was ready to switch back to the Bella, things went pretty easily.

The head is actually a lot softer and squishier that the shaft of this dildo, so that was the tricky part to work in, especially since it’s the thickest portion of this toy. Squeezing my lubed hole around the glans and growing used to the thickness inside me got me ready for the more solid shaft. Even with a more dense feel and a solid core, the toy is plenty flexible to work its way in to the base. Still, it took me awhile to get there, but every inch of the Bella was enjoyable. I’m certainly not the type that feels cheated if I can’t slide a longer/thicker sex toy in to the base on the first go. I think I had just as much fun popping my hole with the soft swollen glans on this thing as I did filling myself up with the long shaft.

Like all the other Uberrime toys I’ve tried, the base works great on this dildo. It’s plenty wide and thick to make it safe for anal play, and it doubles as a suction cup. I was able to affix it to my walls with no trouble, and of course it works great on smooth surfaces like floors and tabletops. It’s designed to work with many harnesses as well, so if you’re looking for a strap-on/pegging session, the Bella should work well for this. Personally, I love just lying on my back with my legs spread and working it in — and then in and out — manually. I kind of miss the extra firmness that the Splendid Large has when I bear down on that big dildo, but the Bella makes up for this with an easier, more comfortable insertion. This one also gives some pleasant prostate massage, so if that’s your thing, give this a try. I’d definitely recommend the Bella for someone who wants a nicely designed realistic-looking cock in a great assortment of colors (so happy I went with the chocolate version; it looks as good as it feels!) with a squishy soft feel overlaying a good solid core. Another hit from Uberrime!

Aneros Helix Trident Prostate Massager

NOTE: This review was originally released on February 21, 2018

Even though I’ve used several different styles of prostate massagers from Aneros over the years, I don’t think I’ve ever reviewed one of them. Aneros just released a new line of P-spot massagers and Peepshow Toys asked if I’d like to try one out. Of course I said yes.

(Manufacturer Photo)

The new series is called Trident, and if they look familiar, well that’s because they are a redesign of the original Aneros prostate massagers. Peepshow Toys actually sent me two of the new Tridents: the Helix, and the Maximus. I haven’t yet taken the Maximus out of its package yet, so this review will focus solely on my experience with the Helix model. For many guys – me included – the Aneros experience is a long and ongoing one, so as I experiment more with my new Aneros toys, I’ll update the blog with subsequent posts.

In case you’ve never heard of Aneros before, it’s a company that focuses on designing and manufacturing prostate massagers for men. Prostate massage has come a long way as far as sex toys are concerned. In 2018, there are countless gadgets that you can stick in your hole to give pleasure to your sensitive prostate. You’ve got vibrating models, thrusting toys, warming toys, textured probes, glass/plastic/silicone/steel toys, devices that are curved and angled to rub just the right spot and increase your pleasure when you’re stimulating your dick at the same time, and maybe even give you that elusive “prostate orgasm” that so many men seek out. It’s definitely different from your standard penis orgasm/ejaculation, and you probably won’t see any other device mentioned more than Aneros when guys talk about how they achieved this P-spot climax. Aneros has been a leader in the prostate massage game for 15 years!

I’ll disclose this right off the bat; while I’ve experienced prostate orgasms before, I’ve still yet to hit one from using any of the Aneros massagers. Does that mean I’m frustrated that it hasn’t happened? Well, a little. But that’s only because I know it CAN happen. It just takes a lot of practice and patience to learn the technique to reach that point. And from what I’ve seen, there is no one specific way guys can end up at that point. You just have to have patience and keep trying, in the hopes that you’ll find the method that works for you. As one experienced user shared on the Aneros forums: “…this Backdoor to Ecstasy is not opened with a key, but with a combination…”

Does that mean Aneros prostate massagers aren’t fun if you don’t reach that Super Orgasm? Not at all! In fact, I think Aneros makes some of the best prostate massagers out there (and there are a lot). I also think Aneros is a good choice for a first time user, for the guy who is curious about prostate massage, but has little or no experience with anal play. Let’s take a look at the prostate massager I tried for this review.

The Aneros Helix Trident – like the original Aneros Helix – is made of white solid plastic and has an ultra-smooth silky feel to it. The massager itself has a slightly bulbous head and it’s angled to reach a guy’s prostate gland. The shaft of the toy narrows slightly into a second bulge and then eases down into a third and even more narrow ripple. The toy ends at a base that keeps the massager from slipping out of your grasp – and up your ass – and featured a “tab” on either end. To look at it – and to hold it – it seems like the most basic of sex toys. No frills. No ribbing or stimulating textures, no vibrators (either internal or external) and the toy – at 4 inches – isn’t the biggest anal toy out there, by far. So what exactly do you do with this thing, you ask?

Aneros – by design – is a prostate massager that works best when you allow your sphincter muscles to control all the movement. That’s right. You don’t want (or need) to move it in and out manually, you don’t want to rotate it, or apply any kind of pressure on the toy during use. Of course, you can do all of these things if you’d like. I certainly have. One of my favorite things to do with any anal toy is get it resting right against the most sensitive spot of my prostate and begin to press on the base of the toy so it applies direct pressure to my P-spot. And you can do that with the Aneros, too. Feels great! But Aneros has designed their toys to massage your prostate simply by moving it with your sphincter muscles.

To use your Aneros, simply apply a nice amount of water-based lube to the massager and add some extra to your hole. This makes insertion so much easier. Always use plenty of lube! Aneros suggests lying on your side with one leg pulled up toward your torso, but experiment with other positions; many guys find that lying on their back works well, and some even enjoy using their Aneros in a seated position (proper cushioning helps, as the tabs might be uncomfortable if you’re pressed against a hard surface). Make sure the angled part of the toy is facing your prostate (angle the Aneros so the bend is facing the front of your body, not the back) and gently ease it in. Due to its slender size and the smoothness of the toy, it should slide right in if you’ve lubed it well enough and don’t clench down while penetrating. The toy will come to rest when the two tabs on the base rest on either side of your hole. This pair of rounded nubs are called the Perineum tab and Kundalini tab, respectively. The front-facing tab will apply pressure to your perineum (taint) area and offers external stimulation to the prostate gland, while the rear tab (the K-tab) will stimulate nerve endings beyond your butt to send pleasure waves up your back. The newly designed base is one of the best features of the new Trident line; now both tabs point upward and the modified design makes for a more comfortable use. One of my gripes about the original Aneros Helix was that the tabs caused discomfort after prolonged use and I was happy to realize I didn’t experience this with the upgraded design.

Another new design feature is something Aneros calls “Multi-Axial Motion Architecture,” which basically means the designs have been modified to allow for the massager’s head to move more freely inside you during use. If you’ve ever had someone massage your prostate manually with a fingertip you know how pleasurable this can feel. If you relax and can obtain movement of the Aneros by using only your sphincter muscles, the toy should move on its own, not only massaging your prostate internally, but giving you external stimulation on the two pressure points that are located under the rounded tabs on the arm of your toy.

As I said before, attaining hands-free orgasm – or the much desired “Super Orgasm” – with your Aneros is a process that could take some mastering. I’d encourage any Aneros user who is seeking this out to read and study the experiences of other Aneros users who have learned the techniques and are sharing them with others in the hopes that they can experience a heightened level of prostate pleasure. I’ve started to compile an Aneros Tutorials list which not only directs you to detailed first-hand experiences and guys sharing tips and information, but even includes video examples for guys who enjoy a nice visual presentation. These even work well at showing you just how intensely pleasurable using an Aneros prostate massager can be. They certainly motivate me to keep using mine! I’ll continue to add more resources to the page as I come across them.

Even if you aren’t able to achieve total prostate bliss right out of the gate, you can still enjoy the stimulation your Aneros provides while you’re learning the process and exploring what pleasures prostate massage can bring you. The best time I had with my new Aneros Helix Trident was during a long edging session. Each time I drew close to orgasm, my anal muscles would clench down on the Aneros and move it around. With each subsequent spasm, my prostate felt more swollen and pleasure-ridden. While I didn’t manage a prostate orgasm with my massager, it made the traditional orgasm very intense, with my ass pulling the massager rapidly back and forth over my P-spot.

As I said earlier, Aneros massagers are a great choice for guys who want to try anal play and P-spot massage for the first time. They aren’t too big, they are smooth and firm, and are designed to hit just the right spot. The Helix model has long been recommended for beginning users, and the new Trident upgrade means you’ll not only enjoy a bulbous and angled massage head, but more range of movement as you learn how to control your new prostate massager without using any manual operation. The smooth hard material not only makes it easy to insert and remove (use lube!), but very easy to clean with soap and hot water.

So far, I’m loving my new Helix Trident Aneros and I look forward to using it on my journey to Super Orgasm. I’m going to update my progress in future posts and will shortly have a separate review of the Aneros Maximus Trident prostate massager (now posted!), which offers a fuller size than than the Helix. Can’t wait! Thanks again to Peepshow Toys for sending these to me. If you’re ready to begin your own Aneros experience, you can purchase the Helix Trident from Peepshow Toys.

Oxlube Silicone Lubricant from Oxballs

NOTE: This review was originally released on October 20, 2023

(My Photo)

I’m back with a review for a new product, and it’s a good one! Peepshow Toys reached out to me and asked if I had any interest in testing out one of the lubricants from Oxballs. Since I love Oxballs toys and gear and I’m always up for greasing up my cock (or my favorite toys), I said yes. Not long after, I was sent a sample box of Oxballs premium silicone lube: Oxlube Silicone.

Oxballs puts out this thick slippery silicone lube in two different sizes: a small (but still generous) 4.4 ounce flip-top bottle and an even bigger one that holds 8.5 ounces! When I opened the box from Oxballs, I was so amazed that they had included both sizes!

Even before opening one of the bottles I could see they really made an effort to present this lube in a stylish way. The bottles are both black with screw-on flip-top caps. The bottles have an internal seal under the cap so nothing will leak out before you crack it open. The labels are really cool as well: black, white and orange with the trademark Oxballs ox and easy to read printing on the side of the bottle.

The first thing I noticed was that this lube is made in the USA and also a 3-ingredient silicone lube with no fillers or preservatives. Curious about those three ingredients? Cyclopentasiloxane, Dimethicone and Dimethiconol. Oxballs describes this lube as “warm, melty and really slick.” It is all of those things. “Use sparingly,” says Oxballs. A little bit of this Oxlube will go a long way, which is generally true of silicone lubes…at least the good ones.

Oxballs says this lube works for jacking off, anal sex/play, vaginal sex and touts its compatibility with toys. It’s also 100% condom compatible. Peepshow Toys’ own product listing says, “Not recommended with most silicone toys” which contradicts Oxballs statement that it’s “sex toy safe with all materials, including Oxballs Liquid Platinum Silicone toys, flexTPR, latex, glass, metal….” My caution is that you should ALWAYS test any lubricant (especially silicone-based lubes) with your favorite toys in a small inconspicuous spot before greasing them up with a heavy layer of unfamiliar lube. Some silicone lubes do react with silicone toys, so it’s always better to be safe and test out a small area of your toy first. Myself, I did not try this lube with any silicone toys, but when I use the two together in the future I will update this post accordingly.

I do like to use silicone lubricant with my two favorite stainless steel toys: the Njoy Pure Wand and the Njoy Pjur Plug. Silicone lube is always long lasting and doesn’t typically need constant reapplications, so a nice thin coating on a sleek stainless steel toy works really well (for me, I know some users don’t enjoy using slippery silicone lube on very smooth–and heavy/hard–metal toys.

Actually, my favorite use for silicone lube is jacking off. A good silicone lubricant is thick, slippery and feels just like a nice warm coating of baby oil on your aroused cock and balls. The Oxlube silicone was perfect for this, and they weren’t kidding when they said you don’t need a lot! Spread a small amount around in a nice even coat and enjoy how wonderful it feels. It’s great for edging sessions and the warm oily texture mixes nicely if and when you start to leak precum. I always enjoy how moisturizing silicone lubricant feels, and this stuff leaves every piece of skin it touches feeling like you’re wearing a silky lotion.

One thing I will mention about any silicone lube: it can be messy and it can and will stain if you’re not careful. Even though Oxballs version is quite thick, it’s still pretty runny if you get a little haphazard when applying it. Squeeze very gently and ease just a small amount out of the bottle to start. You can always add more later.

I like to unroll a “sex toy towel” onto the bed before using toys and/or lubricant that could get messy, and I definitely employed this technique when testing this lube. Things didn’t get too sticky when jacking off, but a test run with Oxlube on the oversized Njoy Pure Wand was a little messier. The towel under me worked perfectly. Now, if I was going to pull this lube out during sex, I’d go one step further and put down my “sex sheets” – a cheaper set of linens I picked up to use when lubricants and cum would likely to be flowing. If you do happen to stain any fabrics while using silicone lube, I’ve found that treating the stain with an oxygen-based laundry agent and using some oxygen-based detergent in your wash cycle often takes care of these types of stains. Silicone lubes don’t absorb into the skin or readily break down like other types of lubes (which is one reason they last so long), so it doesn’t hurt to take some precautions when using the stuff.

So how did I like Oxballs silicone Oxlube? I loved it! As promised, the stuff was warm, slippery and long lasting. The absolute perfect companion for a long, slow edging session where you don’t want to have to constantly reach for the lube to add more. It worked great with my favorite toy, too. Again, I want to lubricate the toy, gently insert it into my hole, and not have to keep stopping and pulling it out to add more lube.

And even though I haven’t tried it for partner sex yet, I know this is going to work great. Bottoms seem to love a good silicone lube for a protracted fuck session (I know I do!) and this stuff is going to work wonderfully for that. I also love that both bottles (even the smaller of the two) are chunky enough to grab and hold while your other hand is busy with, uh, something else. Nothing worse than ordering a bottle of expensive silicone lube and receiving a little tiny plastic bottle with a screw top lid and not being able to hold onto it during sex or stroking. And the caps on these bottles are easy to flip open and snap shut, making spills and drips a lot less likely.

While this silicone lube (like any silicone lube) can be messy, you can clean it up with some soap and hot water when you’re finished stroking, having sex, or using your favorite sex toys. Even after washing up, the lube should leave your skin feeling silky and moisturized. Be very careful with this stuff, though. If you happen to drip any on a smooth surface (sleek floors, tile, etc) this could render things extra slippery. Even the bottle could become unwieldy if some lube residue ends up on it. I like to keep a cloth/tissue handy when I’m using lube as a way to help wipe up any messes before they can cause problems.

Peepshow Toys is stocking both sizes of Oxlube so your main question is do you go for the smaller (yet generous) bottle or splurge on the extra large 8.5 ouncer? Though silicone lubes are typically the most expensive on the market, when I did a quick price comparison between these Oxballs products and some of my other favorite silicone lubes, the Oxlube was available (at least from Peepshow Toys) at a more reasonable cost. If you’re new to silicone lube, or you don’t tend to use a whole bunch, I’d probably recommend the 4.4 ounce bottle to try. However, if you already know how great a high-quality silicone lube is, by all means consider going for the larger bottle. Either way, this stuff should last you awhile. A little of this lube goes a long way, and (unlike most water-based lubricants) you won’t constantly have to keep reapplying it.

Neo Elite Dual Density Silicone Dildos

NOTE: This review was originally released on January 11, 2023

Today I’m reviewing a pair of realistic dual density silicone dildos made by Blush Novelties exclusively for Peepshow Toys. Blush has taken two of their popular Neo Elite dongs and manufactured them in a custom color available only from Peepshow Toys.

The original Neo line is realistic in shape and size, but only available in bright neon colors. This is perfect for the buyer who wants a lifelike dildo and is happy with a vivid color, but if you want the same dildo in a more realistic skin tone, you might a pass on this one.

Now two of their Neo Elite dongs have been issued—only at Peepshow Toys—in a light colored flesh tone (branded as “Vanilla”). While both of the dildos have a similar shape and size, there are a few differences I’ll be pointing out in this review. The most obvious: One has balls. One has no balls.

Out of the packaging, the pair of dongs seems slightly similar. The body-safe silicone used to make these toys looks and feels (and smells…no odor!) pretty great. The material captures the realistic details that went into the mold and transfers nicely into the finished product. Both of the dildos feature beautiful curves, lines and ridges and if you examine them more closely, you’ll notice lots of realistic veins, bulges and skin textures.

There are actually two layers of silicone used in these toys, so when you squeeze them (either with your hands, or your holes) you’ll instantly feel a more solid inner core surrounded by the softer outer layer. It’s details like this that make a toy that looks fairly real, feel like the real thing as well.

There wasn’t really a huge difference in the two dicks that I sampled. Both have the same exact color and have the same soft-over-firm feel when squeezed. Each tout a 7.5-inch length and a nice upward curve to the shaft. The most noticeable difference is that one dong has balls and the other does not. I usually don’t have a preference for balls either way on realistic dongs, but the model that does include the balls has such a nice set that it really does add to the overall realism of the piece.

That said, before I tested either one, I reasoned that I would probably enjoy the balls-free dildo a little better. The shaft is a little more narrow (especially near the top) and the head is a bit smaller, and seems more streamlined with the shaft. While nicely textured itself, the detailing on the No Balls models seemed more subtle. The shape and gradual shaft thickening (but not too thick: 1.5 inches) is what appealed to me. The dick does widen a little near the base, which is a wide smooth circle that can be used either as a holding piece or a suction cup if you want some hands-free action. While I did not try it this way, Blush also indicates that the suction cups on these toys can be used with a harness for strap-on play.

Neo Elite 7.5″ — No Balls Version

I tried the No Balls version first and was surprised at how intense it felt. While anal newbies or those who prefer small toys would probably find a 7.5-inch dildo a challenge, visually it doesn’t seem that imposing. The head and shaft don’t look too daunting, so I was surprised that—during penetration—that it felt so…filling.

You can definitely feel the more solid inner layer, especially when clenching the toy. This is one of my favorite things to do when using any anal toy, to see how well it stimulates my prostate. I’d give the No Balls Neo Elite medium marks on this score, only because the softer outer layer means (for me, at least) I don’t get as much pressure on my P-spot as I would with a toy that’s much more solid.

Still, I got plenty of good “prostate rubbing” from slowly thrusting this thing in and out. Since there aren’t any balls on this one, it seems that you can get it in a bit deeper (Peepshow’s site lists an insertable length on both models as 5.5 inches). Also, try using the round base as a crank, and spin the dildo to see what angle feels better. Since both have curved shafts, turning the toy even slightly can alter how it feels inside you.

Neo Elite 7.5″ — With Balls Version

(Retailer Photo)

Once I finished with the No Balls version, I moved on to the one with balls. Seriously, the nuts on the base of this toy are so damn cute! To me, there’s nothing hotter than a hard dick with a swollen head and a perfectly-shaped pair of testicles pulled tightly up against the base of an erect shaft. On these points, the Balls version of the Neo Elite dildo is visually perfect!

Not only are the balls nice, but the head is more defined in this model. It’s a bit more swollen than the No Balls dong, and has a nice flared ridge along the base of it. The shaft is curved and seems to be even thicker than the other one I tried, with lots of realistic detailing, including a sweet raised ridge that runs vertically down the underside of the shaft, from the frenulum under the head and bisecting the aforementioned nuts at the base.

The balls will make for a perfect anal-safe base, but Blush also includes the round handle/suction cup that the other one has. While the suction cup works fine, I really like the size and firmness of these to use as handles. Not only does it give you something fairly substantial to hold onto during use, but it makes it easier to rotate the toy once any part of it (or all of it) is up your butt.

I was pleasantly surprised at how the extra detailing and extra girth felt during use. While I really enjoyed the more streamlined No Balls dong, the Balls version felt even better to me. The shaft is a bit shorter (gotta make room for those nuts) but I loved the second one even more. Even the slightest rotation using the round base sent shock-waves through my hole, and thrusting felt pretty damn good, especially when the tight little nuts pressed against my stretched hole.

While I loved both of these dildos, the Balls version is my favorite. The texture is a little nicer, the thickness a little greater overall, and just the way the whole package looks makes the experience a little more satisfying.

I kind of wish Blush had decided to use two more drastically different dick sizes/shapes when selecting the exclusive versions for Peepshow Toys. Since both are so similar, it’s hard to say “You need both of these!” For most, it will likely be a question of “Do I want balls on my dildo or not?” Honestly, if I only had one to choose from (just from the photos), I probably would have selected the No Balls version, but I’m glad I got to try both, since the Balls one is honestly my favorite of the two.

I just think it would have been nicer to have one of them be a thicker or shorter cock, or maybe a large/thick dick. And while I am sure the “custom color” was selected based on what was more readily available and efficient for making these Peepshow-only versions, it would be really cool to see some different (darker) skin tones. Perhaps Peepshow Toys can add even more custom versions of Blush Novelties’ beautiful dildos, so there will eventually be a range of sizes, shapes and colors.

But for now, these first two offerings are a good start. I would definitely recommend either one (or both of them!). I couldn’t help but think that more adventurous users experienced in double penetration might love to lube up both of these cocks at once and use them side by side. But using them one right after another is fun too! If you do order both, let me know which one ends up being your favorite!

Ready to try these exclusive dildos? Find both of them at Peepshow Toys in Vanilla using the following links:

As I already mentioned, Blush Novelties originally released these in neon colors and Peepshow is stocking those as well. Use these links to get either dildo in any available color:
